The Culinary Adventure Has Begun...

I had my first class tonight. It is Cooking Fundamentals. I am going to LOVE this class. We order jackets on Wednesday. I have a pair of pants sewn for the uniform. I got my supply list and have two weeks to get everything. I will go and get my book tomorrow to start reading. I have my first assignment and list for memory work, too. Chef Lugo has told us we can bring our digital camera to document everything and we have a weekly journal assignment. I am so stoked about that!!! I will be posting here and keeping a personal computerized journal, too. I have my Safety and Sanitation class tomorrow...
