A chef must have good knives to work. I use mine every day of my life. I will be getting some new things once school starts but for today I will share this with you. These are the two knives I CANNOT live without. One is a paring knife from Pampered Chef and the other is the Martha Stewart Chef's Knife I picked up in May at a local KMart. I love the balance on that chef's knife and it is heavy and sturdy. Perfect for my everyday use.
I remember my Meemaw using a paring knife for everything. She peeled fruit and cut things up with all the time. There was not a day I saw her that she did not use that thing. I keep a supply of them in the kitchen and in the trailer. I have about 8 of them and they are cheap and easy to replace. I will share my new chef's supplies when I get them... :)
I love my PC knives ... I bought a dozen right after I first got married and they are still going strong. :)
