I have been watching a Martha Stewart DVD this week for Netflix with Great Chefs from different international cuisines. One of my MOST favorite is Diana Kennedy. I was spurred on to look for some of her books at Amazon.com and put a few on my wishlist but there was one that was just the right price - $1.49!!! You guessed it... I bought it and it is on it's way to my home now...
It is called Mexican Regional Cooking by Diana Kennedy. I cannot wait to get it and start reading!!!
