The end is in sight...

...at least for this semester. I have knife skills tomorrow and Thursday night. I will spend the weekend making terrines, pates and Hors d' Oeuvres. I have my Market Basket practical for International next week along with my tray and presentation items for Garde Manger. I will take lots of pics to share.

Dan's birthday is on Sunday and I am cooking and baking for him this weekend, too.

I have been planning to get back to weekly menu planning. I have let it slip far too much lately. After finals I will get back in the routine. Until then you can see other menu planners and see the new Menu Plan Monday Logo...
