I am enjoying a little event each evening this week called Rawkathon. It is a forum of speakers in the Raw Food movement. It is not too late to catch the speakers from tonight and the coming events each night through the 26th. It is free and all you have to do is register and then watch them within 24 hours of their broadcast. You can also order the set if you want to spend the money to do so.
There are several people I have discovered in this so far but my newest favorite is Karen Knowler. She has a fantastic site with lots of information, links and recipes for the raw foodist. You can check her out here.
