Finals for Baking were yesterday. This is the bread my team made. We had issues but we passed well. I made the cinnamon rolls, scones and the Star Brioche. The Brioche would have been fabulous if someone had not turned up the oven. It frustrated me more than anything so I brought the rest of my dough home and will share a post on how I made it and have a better one for you later. Here are some more shots from yesterday...
