The original recipe I saw for this was from the UltimateDanielFast.com website and it had black beans but I had garbanzo beans so that is what I used.
This salad contains...
Garbanzo Beans
a few black beans I had in the fridge got added to it
Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes quartered
Avocado
Cilantro
Roasted Red Peppers diced
I made a Lime Vinaigrette to go on it...
Lime Juice
a bit of Balsamic Vinegar (not tons of this)
Olive Oil
Garlic
a pinch of salt
This is totally Daniel Fast friendly.
