Yesterday was deemed National S'More Day and this is the little treat I made but we did not get to enjoy it until today. Thought you might like to see it... it was DROOL WORTHY indeed!
This pie is as simple as
a graham cracker crust
chocolate
&
marshmallow meringue
I cheated a bit and used a chocolate pudding/pie filling mix instead of a chocolate pastry cream this time but when I make this again there will be pastry cream
Totally a rich and yummy pie for the pallet
