I am sharing a link to a series of Gluten Free posts I did back in 2012 for my 31 days. I have not been completely GF since then but I am back to it now and working on moving toward a more doable menu plan and kitchen organization that can help me stay on track. It is an ongoing battle when other people in the home are not gluten free but they are kind people who indulge whole meals with no gluten on a regular basis.
