ReplyDeleteSherry, quinoa is very much like couscous and is cooked like rice. It is a 2 to 1 ratio of water to grain. I add things like nuts, seeds, herbs and such while cooking and add a dash of salt and pepper to finish. It is good with a hint of orange juice and zest, too. You can be as creative as you want with it.
