It has been some time since we had German Pancakes but since we have had that multitude of apples I thought it was a good time to have them again. The recipe we used tonight is from the All Recipes.com website. This one is called simply German Apple Pancake.
During this apple season you should give this a try. It makes a great breakfast, dinner or a simple dessert with a scoop of ice cream on top. YUM!
I have made something similar to this and it makes a great dessert, with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream. Thanks for the reminder to make it again!
