OK, Leann, this ia all your fault. I've ordered the book, and will sign up and play along. I'm a pretty good cook, but only have about a dozen things I reliably bake. This will stretch me a bit (hopefully NOT literally - the fruits of my labors will go to work) and develop some skills.
