ready to bake blueberry pie...
Blueberries, sugar and a little lemon make up this pie filling... mostly. This was the mini one.
Gluten free butter cookies are fabulous. Next time I make them I will do a filling and smash two together to make sandwich cookies. :)
Going in in minutes... had to rush off to deliver them when they came out and cooled so I did not get a finished photo but look at that lattice work! ;)
