I will be sharing an action plan for making my life more gluten free.
I will be starting by purging and organizing my kitchen.
Then I will be putting together daily menus that I can make simply to keep me on track.
I will share meals that can be for both gluten and gluten free eaters.
I will share books and sites that are helping me through this process.
I am starting by finishing the book Gluten Free Girl by Shanna Ahern.
