So, what does one eat on a gluten free diet?
I took the plunge last Monday and here are some favorites from my week past.
GF pancakes made with a rice flour blend I made myself
and they are drizzled with GF Molasses
Homemade yogurt with fresh blueberries and a blueberry and
almond GF granola made by my own little hands.
Mmmmm.... GF pumpkin chocolate chip scones shaped and ready for the oven.
I eat a LOT of rice... I love rice. This is a brown rice cooked with
sauteed mushrooms, onion, chicken and GF chicken stock.
This is a GF Rotini pasta with a homemade marinara sauce (with ground turkey added) and a side of green beans sauteed in olive oil with salt and pepper.
Great for dessert or breakfast this is a pear/craisin crisp made with GF oats from Bob's Red Mill Company.
There are so many options out there for people on a GF eating plan.
Let me also share with you that is you are not into planning your meals out then maybe you should rethink that. I did not struggle with what to eat because I made a plan. If you need a premade plan just for you may I suggest E-Mealz?
