Let the baking begin!



My standard traditional pie shell

Pecans from Costco... I sometimes also use walnuts

Fully baked and setting.  Nice... no runny in this one.  

Have I ever mentioned that baking pies is my favorite?  Well, I also enjoy baking bread.

I wonder if there is room in the world for a pie and bread shop?  LOL
